Hey, I'm Logan! I am a striving scholar athlete. I am a Sprinter-hurdler with a goal in mind: Always better yourself.
I run all hurdle events, sprints, and short sprint relays. Ever since I started running in my freshman of high school, I fell in love with training. I became very passionate about track and field training and led me into a world I enjoy. I am determined to improve myself every training session either on the track or in the weight room. Whenever I hit the track, I mean business. Each one of my workouts, my mind is tuned at 120% focus, no excuses. Every time I train, I train to get stronger and faster, always chasing a goal. I expect my times to increase greatly over time.
After being so involved with running, I delved deeper into exercise science, kinesiology, nutrition and strength training concepts. I have an eager interest of how the human body works, functions, and understanding how the body deals with external stress. Additionally, programming weight training is something I've also been involved with; such as developing mesocycles oriented towards a specific goal.
Track and Field has instilled a passion in me and has taught me excellent work ethic. I remain vigilant in school and stay on top of my grades. Academics has always been important to me and my family, too. Hard-working, determined, and diligent are all valuable traits I am thankful to posses and make my character.
My other hobbies include reading, weightlifting, ultimate frisbee, computers, and long casual walks through nature and on beaches.
