My name is Mason Woods and I'm one of Colonial Forge's throwers and a graduate of their class of 2019. The goals I look for in colleges are competitive and challenging competition, as competition aids my growth not only as an athlete, but as a student, also. I look forward into studying business administration, management, and/or economics. The reason why I love track is that it's an individual sport, and for the people who put out the most effort (like myself) have the best improvements and recognition on the team. I currently have a 3.6 GPA, and ranked 235 out of 543 in my sophomore class. My personal best for shot put is a 45’8”. My discus throw is currently sitting at 111'1"' . I ran multiple sprints for Forge's Track and Field team, including a 7.84 55 meter dash.
