I was born in the USA, moved to Japan at the age of four and began running Track in the 7th grade. I returned to the USA as a Junior, bringing with me the rigorous discipline and devotion to my sport so common within the Japanese athletic culture. I take pride in the goals I've accomplished to date; District and State top medals, reaching the National stage in the 400m and 4x400 relay at Hayward Field, as well as being part of my schools first relay team in 32 years to reach the State Tournament. I enjoy mentoring others while continuing to learn how to better myself in all aspects of my life. I expect 100% from myself, which I match with my education goal of obtaining a law degree and using my bilingual skills and biracial experiences to focus on international law!
