Samuel Ashcraft '26 Recruiting Profile

I started playing volleyball in middle school and since have been fully committed. I love volleyball and strive to go to the next level with it. I am a proactive person and I am the President of my school's marketing club as a Junior and Captain of my high school varsity volleyball team as a Sophomore. I enjoy leading by example and having feedback to get better and I am able to apply that feedback and change my ways. I am aiming for a 4.0 GPA these next two years of High School and to pursue a business degree in college. From being Team Captain sophomore year, I have learned to be the person who pushes everyone else to keep going when they get tired or frustrated and it helps me to hold myself to a higher standard with integrity. I want everyone to have the chance to succeed and I, as a leader and team-player, will do my best to help them while showing what I am capable of. I am confident in my skills but always looking for ways to progress and to grow even better.
