I would like to attend a college, or university that has a diversified trade program, as well as opportunity to play volleyball, and/or basketball. I enjoy mechanics, but would like to learn a trade, such as heavy duty mechanics, take the HVAC course, gas fitting, or possibly becoming a millwright.
I have been told by my various teachers that I am, and I quote from report cards: "a pleasure to teach, cooperative and pleasant in class, a positive student with many friends, a pleasant mature student, positive and hard working." Two of my teachers made my mom cry because they said, "He is such a kind person, always helping those in need. The world is a better place because Caleb is in it." I am a team player, who always builds up team members when they are struggling. My favourite t-shirt was given to me/our team members by our sponsor, and on the back, these words are the reason why... passion, attitude, work ethic. That shirt describes my approach to most things in life, but especially volleyball and basketball. I was raised on a farm, so I understand what hard work is. Our Athletic Director, who is also my volleyball coach said, "Caleb continues to improve and demonstrate fantastic qualities." My coaches and friends consider me to be respectful, and a good listener, so therefore that makes me coachable.
