Not only as a student-athlete but also as a person, I would like to attend a college where my presence may contribute to upholding the school and community I represent. I also want to receive an education that will allow me to pursue Psychology so that I may help those in need around me. If you ask me what I want to do with my life, I think about helping people in my own way as an athlete and as a person. An athlete is someone who leads when necessary. In my view, a leader is someone who can accomplish great things on the court only if they also exhibit leadership qualities off the court. My idea of being a leader off the court involves doing the little things such as helping out in my community, volunteering and living the servant's way of life. These are some of the little things I have been taught to do every day in my community. With your help, I can accomplish this while pursuing my dream of playing volleyball at the highest level.
