Passion, hard work, and grit are the 3 things that I will always have on the volleyball court. The competitiveness and clawing nature of the sport draws me in before any game. I aspire to play volleyball at the next level while continuing to push myself to be the best version of myself in academics and in life in general. I always play with one quote from my grandfather in my head, "go on, get in there, success is something that you make happen". This is how I intend to live my life while working, playing and everything in between.

- The Centre for Performance Program (CP) is the second level of the Basketball BC High Performance Program and is part of Canada Basketball’s overall Targeted Athlete Strategy (TAS). TAS is a national program that provides identified Canadian athletes with the individualized support that they need in their development to enhance what the team-based system already provides. CP is based on a training model which targets high potential athletes and provides them with advanced level training and experiences to assist in elite level player development. The program is designed to teach the international (FIBA) game that includes both individual and team offensive and defensive skills and to learn various aspects of sports science that are necessary to become an elite basketball player. CP is for athletes entering Grades 8-10 in the fall (ages 13-15 by the end of the year). Athletes are required to tryout, but an athlete may receive a direct invitation based on prior identification (Futures Program).
