Jace Bautista-Jack '23 Recruiting Profile

I am a Junior at San Juan High School in Citrus Heights, CA, where I am the captain of the men's volleyball team. My position is setter and I work closely with my teammates on plays where the libero, receivers, and hitters, work as a cohesive unit to score. I believe the setter is the cornerstone of a team and can both follow and guide teammates to succeed on the court.

Commitment to the game, the team, my teammates, and coach shines through in my character both on and off the court. Whether studying videos of national and international games, spending extra time at practice, or encouraging a teammate, my mind and heart stay close to the game.

Playing at the college level is not only a dream but it I am determined to create this goal into a reality. I look forward to finding the college, coach, and team that is the perfect fit for me!
