I am a very well rounded Volleyball player. I have trained as a setter and a Libero. On the High school team I am an Outside. I am a competitor. Playing volleyball in college is important to me and I feel like I would be able to enhance a team using all my skills gained while playing since I was 14 years old. I train and play several days a week, either indoor or on the beach. When I train, I try to work on specific things not just run around the gym. There is always something to learn.
I have been taking all Honors and AP classes since Freshman year, but I do sometimes struggle academically. I started my freshman year and got about half way through when the big COVID shutdown happened. I initially lost a lot of school time while the school district figured out how to return to teaching. I had a difficult time with online learning. I have not figured out my future plans for a career, but I believe it will be something to do with business. I am looking for an academic school where I can explore my options for careers.
