I played soccer, baseball, wrestling and football up until the moment I discovered volleyball. I liked the other sports, but there is something about volleyball that I cannot get enough of.  Now, I play in any way, shape or form I can, from school, sand at school, sand during the summer, club volleyball and the Northern CA High Performance traveling team.

I have been captain on all of my club teams, and my High School Varsity team, probably because I have a strong work ethic and always try my hardest and really encourage my team. I have been the starting setter on all of my club teams, and in High School as well. Although setting is my position, in high school currently we run a 6-2 sometimes so I can hit. When I was a Sophomore on my Varsity school team I was the starting outside hitter the first half of the season and starting setter the second half of the season and even earned an all-league honorable mention for it. As a junior on my high school team I hope to make first or second team all-league. 

Last year my school raised enough money to install sand courts, so I co-founded our first ever sand volleyball club and am Vice President of it. We have a great turnout. In the summer I play at tournaments in Santa Cruz, CA and have won medals for it. Sand has definitely helped my indoor court play and maybe why I am so comfortable diving!

I clearly have a passion for volleyball and I would be a solid team member of any college and have tons of potential. I am looking for a coach and college that can bring out 100% of what I am capable of.
