Danny Rogers '17 Recruiting Profile

My best attribute as a student athlete is my work ethic and leadership.  I have been the captain for my club teams almost my entire life along with being the captain of my high school JV team.  I won the leadership award at Corona del Mar High School for my JV team last year also.  My main goal as a collegiate athlete is to battle to play and become the best athlete possible.  The main reason I want to play is to continue the sport I love and take my abilities to a whole new level.  I think I am a very hard worker and I thrive under pressure.  I am incredibly competitive and I never give up.  I have a trait of helping my teammates become much stronger mentally to handle the pressures of every situation.  I stand out among other setter and volleyball players with my hard work, athleticism, leadership and mental toughness. I think I deserve to be playing at the highest level and I am surely able.
