Shane Hemphill '24 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Shane! I am a Outside Hitter in the class of 2024. Originally from Gary Indiana and now living in Michigan City Indiana, attending Michigan City Highschool. For this being the first year of the Highschool volleyball program I feel like the program helped me a lot in many ways. I’m on the 181s team for KeAloha Volleyball Club, the best boys volleyball club in Northwest Indiana. I am an outside hitter for the school and I’m a setter and rightside for club. I am determined to work hard and also push and encourage my teammates to be the best they can be. I can also set and hit from pin to pin. I bring comic relief and seriousness when needed. If you don’t see me hitting from pin to pin or middle you’ll catch me all over the court passing balls and encouraging my teammates. I enjoy all positions extremely. I would love to be a great addition to your program!
