My name is Aleksa Pljevaljcic, I am graduating in the year 2023, in Serbia. I am a setter for volleyball club Vojvodina and right hand is my dominant hand. I have been playing volleyball for 12 years, and every day I strive to improve my volleyball skills or physical capabilities. I believe that persistence and perseverance are one of the most important qualities of every athlete, and I am also strictly guided by them during training and matches as well as through school. While I'm on the court, I try to be a real leader to my teammates and show them by example that no ball is lost and no result is unattainable. I demand from myself as well as from my teammates a 100 percent effort in every training session and game because I believe that this is the only way to success. I gladly accept extra work and use every moment to work on myself.
