Davion Bowie '24 Recruiting Profile

My ultimate goal is to play competitive college volleyball while earning my college degree.  I am undecided on a major at this time but I know education is essential to my future success.  I know playing volleyball in college is a once in a lifetime opportunity that would be a part of me the rest of my life. 

What makes me different from other recruits is that I am someone who is willing to put in the effort that others won't. I am a very motivated and a hardworking person when put into positions where I can be myself and grow. I have the ability and skill to be a versatile player. For my high school team, I am an outside hitter, middle hitter, as well as an opposite. I am dedicated, hard-working, and passionate.  I am motivated and I play with intensity. I am a supportive and encouraging teammate and very coachable player.  I don't make excuses when I make mistakes and I don’t dwell on it but rather focus on making the next play better.
