Personal Statement

Hi NCAA VOLLEYBALL Coach,

beeing an 18 year old Middle Hitter I will finish school here in Germany in May 2005 with the Abitur (class of 2025, GPA will be around 3.0 I guess). Playing Volleyball at the highest level here in Germany (1. Volleyball Bundesliga) since 2022 and training 7 times a week on a professional level since 2021 at an elite volleyball sports school and with TSV Haching I am looking for an ambitious NCAA team that I could join in autumn 2025; I am also a member of TEAM GERMANY U20 (national team / DVV Germany / NK1), and with my U20 Juniors Team TSV Grafing we just won the 2024 German U20 Club Team Championship in May. 

Architecture and Business are my favourite academic topics, so your University should provide at least one of these two.

Please let me know if you could imagine me to join your team as a Middle Hitter / Middle Blocker - I would be happy to grow with you and your team and to reach for stars and medals together.

    • We don't have a system of "Honors Classes" or similar things here in Germany. Just to explain the system of my school: I am visiting a special SPORTS GYMNASIUM called "Eliteschule des Sports" since 9th grade. The school is focused in supporting sports talents and kids have 20 hours a week of special training in their individual sports - in my case Volleyball. To have enough time to practice and play on an elite level and also to manage the academic part our last two years of school are stretched to three years
