I was never born an athletic person. I couldn't run for a good minute until 5th grade. However, my desire to play sports at a higher level always existed, regardless of my abilities. Trying out for the volleyball team in 8th grade, I luckily got accepted and got placed in the starting lineup. After that day, I fell more in love with the sport and started practicing every chance that I got. I thoroughly understand my position as a short hitter. However, this is not a disadvantage for me. This is the key motivating factor for my dedication and effort given to the sport. Therefore, in whatever game situation or position I am placed in, I will be the first to step up and give my best.
