Peter (Pete) Smith '25 Recruiting Profile

My name is Pete Smith and my goal is to become the best player and teammate I can.  I have played as a middle blocker for 3 years on both my high school and club teams.  When given the opportunity I also enjoy playing opposite and setting on outdoor teams. My favorite part of playing has been working with my teammates.  I do my best to be open to others and enjoy working with people.  As an Eagle Scout, I have learned the values of teamwork, personal responsibility, and hard work.  I try to practice all of those values in school and on the court.  When not at practice I enjoy weightlifting at the gym, designing and building off-road vehicles, and being outdoors.  After high school, I plan to attend college to study Exercise Science with a goal of becoming a Physical Therapist. I hope to be a part of a team that will allow me to grow as a volleyball player while contributing to the success of the team.
