Personal Statement
I am currently in grade 10 in a Quebec high school. I have high aspirations for my volleyball career, with the dream being to make the Canadian National team.
Academically, I am very smart and do not need to study very much to get decent grades.
Athletically, I started playing volleyball at school in grade 9 as an alternate. I attended all practices and made it my mission to learn the game. I started learning the middle blocker position, and since then have also learned the outside hitter position and can easily interchange between them.
I lead by example, and motivate my team as needed. I have captain tendencies but I’m working a lot on learning how to contain my emotions when my team is down.
