Tyler Makekau '20 Recruiting Profile

My goals is to be the best student athlete I can be.  I am undecided on my major but an very interested as I search many different schools in Sports Management, Athletic Coaching, and Sports Exercise.  I am also interested in Computer Science.  I may have not been the best student during High School but I can say that I am growing up and since I grew this love for volleyball, I understand how important it is to be able to multi-task.  I am willing to do my best and seek assistance as needed. 

Athletically,  I am an all-around player, flexible, quick on my feet, and the ability to execute those strengths while setting, blocking, or hitting. I am willing and open to play any position offered, and will continue to train and put in work to become a better student athlete.  I am a leader among my peers and I like to always help other when in need. 

I was born and raised in Hawaii, I love the beach, playing beach volleyball and boogie boarding.  I also love playing baseball and has played for many years.  God and family is important to me and making my Mom proud would mean everything to me.
