Personal Statement

I work hard to keep good grades and am a multiple sport athlete. I work well with my school counsellor, teachers, coaches, peers and teammates. I am a leader, likable and coachable.

I was on Canada's 2024 16U National Team and BC's 19U Provincial Team. I train 7x/week multiple hours/day between Fraser Valley Water Polo and my school sports (swim team, varsity football) teams. I competitively swim all year - now part of Pacific Sea Wolves (winter swim club) and North Delta Sunfish (summer swim club). I have been swimming since age 5 and playing water polo since age 7. I have been part of Fraser Valley Water Polo since 10 and played 17U since I was 13 yrs old. I am within top 10 rankings of Canada's NCL 18U Division. I also played in USA for Channel Islands United 14U and 16U teams. I am also a junior swim and water polo coach for my summer swim club.

I have strong water polo IQ. I love sports and have a hunger for competition. My sports skills are transferable making me have great eye for the game and strong ball handling skills seen in my offensive and defense skills.

Math and Chemistry are my strong subjects. I received 2023-2024 Academic Honors at school.

Being on multiple sports teams between school and clubs, have given me discipline, strong time management skills that have helped me have success in my academic and sports.

My goal is to play at the highest level in Canada - represent Canada's National Senior Men's Team at the Olympics.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
