Anthony Serrano '20 Recruiting Profile

I am a 5’7 utility water polo player. My unique playing style allows me to support my team wherever needed. I currently play for a  water polo club that has taught me how to be a great leader; it enhanced my interpersonal skills, which allowed me to support my team effectively and also lead me to be the team captain at Gahr high school for the last two years.  I enjoyed leading, competing, and working hard to reach the desired outcome.

Swimming is one of the unique skills that I acquire through water polo. I was able to use my strong swimming skills to try out, get accepted, and complete the lifeguard training program. I have the pleasure of working as an LA County, Jr. Lifeguard where I continue to enhance my swimming skills.

I am looking for an institution where I can grow academically and athletically and have the ability to pursue my passion for both Computer Engineering and Water Polo.
