Personal Statement
I am patient for this sport since I was a kid – playing as little boy with my father in the pool, who was national player in Austria and is managing the club in Graz since 2011. At the age of 10, I started to take it seriously, and finally reached the men national team with an age of 15.
I am shaped by disciplined training, team spirit and creativity, which I experienced by water polo and think that those values make this sport unique. I feel that I can reach far more – getting into an international and more competitive environment, where I am committed to hard work and contribution to common success.
I am 6’4 tall at 90 kg weight, learned as tallest the 2-meter defender at the beginning and moved out to the flat since couple of years. I am less the goal-getter, but the supporter – contributing a lot to the game and providing the right pass in the right moment. Playing for the team and common success without airs and graces.
Beside the sport, I am a smart guy and just started my studies in computer science, while I am doing the compulsory military services as an athlete. My clear personal target is to take higher responsibility in my professional live, being built on my experience in the team sport Water-polo in combination with higher education.
