- Swim Training +-3x per week. Technical 4-5 x per week. Gym +-3x per week. During off season I now play soccer on our Junior Varsity team.

- Have always trained with players and teams a year or 2 older than me which taught me to play better and given better experience. My high school coach also coaches our Men's Open Olympic Team so from time to time he has had me train with the college team and players on our current World Championship Team.
