I attended Roanoke College in Salem Virginia, after graduating from The Williams School in New London, Connecticut. Where I played soccer, basketball and baseball all at the varsity level. I had the privilege of being named captain for all three of these teams as well as being named to the All Star Team for our conference multiple times.
However my athletic career was cut short due to a diagnosis with Marfan Syndrome which prevented me from competing at the collegiate level.
I took my education very seriously and graduated with a BS in Health and Exercise Science where upon graduation I began my career as a personal trainer which a focus in corrective exercise and strength/injury prevention.
My goal is and always will be helping everyone reach their goals and helping them to the best of my ability.
Here at NCSA this allows me to do just that! Helping not only the student athlete compete at the next level, but also the families navigate the process is a feeling like no else and a dream come true! I am determined to help every family with this process as if it was my own family going through it!
