As a former Junior Olympic competitor and a passionate multisport athlete, I’ve always understood the dedication and commitment required to excel in sports. Coupled with my Sports Management degree from Bowling Green State University, my journey has been deeply rooted in the world of athletics.

My professional journey began with roles at esteemed baseball organizations like the Fort Wayne TinCaps, the Birmingham Barons, and the Lake Erie Crushers. Through these experiences, I gained invaluable insights into the inner workings of sports management, player development, and team dynamics.

However, my path wasn’t always smooth. Like many aspiring athletes, I faced challenges in navigating the complex landscape of college sports recruitment. My own struggles during high school made me acutely aware of the difficulties young athletes encounter in getting noticed by collegiate programs.
