Throughout my life, I have been dedicated to playing sports. I started at the young age of 3 with TaeKwonDo and later transitioned to soccer, golf, and ultimately found my passion for playing baseball. As a former student at IMG Academy, I set my sights on reaching the highest level in baseball.

Despite moving frequently during my teenage years, I graduated from Upper Room Christian School in Long Island, NY. During my senior year, my team was crowned National Champions and I was selected as a 2nd Team All-American. I had hopes of being a part of the 2011 Professional Amateur Baseball draft class, but unfortunately, an injury while playing on my 18U AAU team derailed those dreams.

Even though I received several Division I scholarship offers, I ultimately chose to accept a full-ride scholarship to play Division II baseball at Erskine College in South Carolina. This decision was influenced by factors such as proximity to family, academic opportunities, and the chance for immediate playing time. Reflecting on my life and sports career, I am grateful for the chance to play at the collegiate level and create lasting friendships and memories.

Now, as a father of four children (three boys and one girl) who are all involved in sports, I can see the immense sacrifices my parents made to support my dreams. I have no regrets about my past and wouldn’t change the decisions I’ve made, but I do wish I had the assistance of NCSA during my high school years to navigate the college recruiting process and alleviate the stress on my parents, even if it was just behind the scenes.

I love working with NCSA and IMG Academy because it allows me to do what I love, which is to help families and student-athletes achieve their goals and have a positive college experience. My time as a collegiate athlete has had a profound impact on shaping me into the man, father, and husband I am today. There’s nothing more fulfilling to me than helping student-athletes have a similar experience.

My ultimate goal is to personally support every family and student-athlete I work with to find the perfect fit where they can excel academically, athletically, and ultimately be prepared for the best opportunities in their future.
