Darren Maxwell, Recruiting Coordinator

Originally from the West Coast, I developed a passion for Water Polo and Swimming throughout high school. My collegiate journey began when I was recruited to swim at the University of Arizona, culminating in the honor of competing at the United States Olympic Trials. After years of coaching, I’m now proud to work with NCSA, helping student-athletes pursue the same opportunities I had to compete at the collegiate level. My love for my teammates and my drive to compete and win remain as strong as ever, all while enjoying the process from start to finish.
