I’m originally from the suburbs of Chicago, but I have always been passionate about sports, especially football. I played football throughout high school and college as an offensive lineman, where I learned the importance of teamwork, dedication, and discipline. After high school, I attended Ripon College, where I majored in History and continued to pursue my love for athletics. College was where I truly grew as an athlete, and it laid the foundation for my passion for coaching and mentoring young athletes.
After completing my degree, I decided to pursue coaching, and for the past 6 years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching football, and for 2 years, track and field. Throughout my coaching journey, I’ve worked with athletes of various skill levels and backgrounds, helping them develop both their physical abilities and their character. I believe that athletics is about more than just winning—it’s about personal growth, teamwork, and perseverance. Watching athletes improve and achieve their goals has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.
In addition to my coaching career, I am a lifelong Detroit sports fan. Despite being from Chicago, I’ve always supported the Detroit Lions, Tigers, Pistons, and Red Wings, embracing the highs and lows that come with being a passionate fan. Outside of coaching, I enjoy watching football, reading, and spending time with friends. I’m also deeply committed to helping young athletes develop, not just as players, but as individuals who will carry the lessons they learn in sports throughout their lives.
