Heather Gatten, Mental Performance Coach

Heather is originally from the Kansas City, Missouri area where she participated in dance, soccer, softball, and cheerleading. Heather attended the University of Missouri to receive her bachelors in psychology and sociology. Wanting to enjoy warmer weather and pursue a degree in sport psychology, Heather attended Florida State University receiving a masters in Sport Psychology. While at FSU, Heather had the opportunity to work with Division 1, high school, and youth athletes in the sports of swimming, diving, softball, cheerleading, hockey, beach volleyball, rugby, and gymnastics. She then worked with the US Army as a Performance Expert for 5 years supporting a variety of military occupations and ranks in North Carolina and the National Capital Region.

Heather is currently back at Florida State to complete her Doctoral degree and excited to work with athletes through IMG+. In her free time, Heather enjoys spending time with her dog, Truman, watching sports, and working out in the nice weather!
