I grew up in Waterford, MI with two older brothers so we all played multiple sports from a young age but I chose to focus on softball as my main sport. I loved the sense of working every day to make the team better any way that I could and building friendships through the sport.

I attended The University of Michigan for undergrad and graduated with a degree in Sport Management and then attended Cleary University to gain a master’s degree in strategic leadership. I played softball at both institutions, loving every minute, and learning so much about college athletics in the process. Playing at the Division 1and NAIA levels gave me great opportunities to expand my knowledge of the game and college athletics, and I try to share that as much as I can with every young athlete.

The best part about working at NCSA is the ability to positively impact student-athlete’s lives. Setting the athlete and their family up on the road to success is so important and is something I was missing during my recruiting process. In my recruiting process there was so much weight on my shoulders as my family and I decided to take the DIY route, making every day that much more stressful for me and my parents. I chose to work at NCSA because they help take that pressure off of the family. Each young athlete deserves the opportunity to play at the collegiate level and NCSA gives them the platform to do so and succeed at the highest level possible.

I currently reside in Clarkston, MI where I also coach a 15u travel softball team!
