Growing up in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, I was fortunate to have a childhood filled with the love of sports and the value of hard work. From a young age, I embraced the challenge of balancing academics with athletics, playing four sports in high school—football, basketball, swimming, and Track & Field. Each sport taught me something valuable, from teamwork and perseverance to discipline and dedication. These lessons shaped who I am today, both as an individual and as a coach.
After high school, I had the honor of playing wide receiver at Winona State University, competing at the Division II level. My time as a student-athlete not only strengthened my athletic abilities but also deepened my passion for mentoring and guiding young athletes. My experience at Winona State reinforced the importance of resilience, determination, and the belief that with the right mindset, all goals are within reach.
Previously, I was as a Business Education teacher, eventually becoming the Activities Director for the school district. I’ve had the privilege of serving as an Assistant Coach for Girls basketball, and Boys/Girls Track & Field, as well as the Head Coach of the Football team. Coaching has allowed me to pass on the lessons I’ve learned to the next generation of athletes. It’s incredibly rewarding to help them grow, not just as players, but as individuals who understand the value of hard work, teamwork, and commitment.
I am incredibly excited to help student-athletes achieve their dreams of playing at the next level. My goal is to empower them to reach their full potential, both on and off the field, and to support them as they take the next step in their academic and athletic journeys.
