I joined NCSA as a Recruiting Specialist after a 30 year career as an Athletic Director, coach, and teacher. I have been afforded the opportunities to coach at the professional, college, and high school levels. I have won two National Championships as an assistant coach and have received several Coach of the Year Awards including the 2001 AFLAC National Assistant Coach of the Year Award.
I have a Masters Degree in Exercise and Sports Science from Concordia University. I have been married to my high school sweetheart for 31 years and we have two incredible children, ages 26 and 21, respectively.
The most rewarding part of coming to work at NCSA is that it allows me to continue to work with and help student-athletes & their families in the recruiting process. I am a team player with a get after it work ethic, and want to make sure that I give every student-athlete I work with the knowledge and understanding on how to achieve their goals of playing at the next level.
