John Couture, Mental Performance Coach

I have played and coached baseball at every level (professional, collegiate, high school) along with coaching many other sports at public and private high schools.  I was a Board-certified science teacher in the classroom for 12 years.  I am a graduate of Amherst College (BA) and Towson University (MA). 

My mental skills certifications include CMPC from Association of Applied Sport Psychology and American Board of Sport Psychology. I started a successful mental skills coaching private practice over 25 years ago (professional and amateur athletes) and also work as the Director of Mental Performance at The Kinkaid School in Houston, TX.  I continue to work remotely with elite athletes from IMG+ and NCSA.
