As a Recruiting Coordinator at NCSA, I bring years of experience in both playing and coaching volleyball at the highest levels. I earned a full athletic scholarship to The University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) as a Middle Blocker/Right-Side hitter, where I played four years of Division I Volleyball and secured the top spot in UTEP’s record books for my match attack/kill percentage ratio. Before college, I had a standout high school career, earning MCAL (Marin County Athletic League) All-League honors and Female Athlete of the Year in my junior and senior years.
My passion for volleyball and player development has led me to coach in my free time, where I have spent nearly a decade helping young athletes elevate their game. By joining NCSA as an RC, it allows me to step into what I am truly passionate about—helping young athletes achieve their dreams of playing at the next level. As someone who navigated the recruiting process firsthand and experienced the impact of collegiate athletics, I know how important the right guidance and resources are for student-athletes and their families. This role allows me to combine my love for sports, coaching, and mentorship while making a real difference in the lives of young athletes. Being able to support and educate families through this journey is not just a job—it’s something I deeply believe in and am constantly excited to be a part of.
