Nicole was a basketball athlete growing up in south Florida. She had big dreams to play at the college and professional level. After overcoming two ACL injuries in high school, she decided to play recreationally in college. She wanted to work toward her new passion in life — sport psychology. As an athlete she was hard on herself, emotional, and lacked confidence. She strives to help athletes overcome the challenges she faced along with the many other challenges that can arise on the mental side. With her new skill set she has a passion to help as many athletes possible build their mindset to achieve their dreams.
