Payton Pooler, Recruiting Coordinator

I was a 4-year college student athlete competing in Women’s Basketball at Walsh University, where we won back-to-back conference championships and played in the Division II NCAA tournament. While in college I worked hard to obtain my bachelor’s degree in sports management, and I participated in my universities Student Athlete Advisory Committee.

I currently enjoy coaching a 15U AAU Girls Basketball team and spending time with my family and friends watching all things, Cleveland Sports.

The most rewarding part of working for NCSA is that I get to create an impact by connecting with the next generation of student athletes and their families while guiding them through their recruiting experience. I am excited to be a part of an amazing organization and team. My goal as a coach and a recruiting coordinator is to help student athletes develop their skill sets and confidence both in their respective sports and in life!
