I attended and played baseball at Queens University of Charlotte. I obtained a degree in both Exercise Science and Business Administration. Before joining the NCSA team, I spent three years working at a sports performance facility. During my time there, I mainly worked with high school athletes with the goal of preparing them with the physical attributes needed to play at the next level.

In addition to playing baseball, I played several other sports growing up that taught me numerous life lessons. Once I started high school, I decided to focus on baseball with the goal of one day playing in college. I distinctly remember how it felt to be a high school athlete trying to navigate the world of college recruiting. I had several coaches and mentors who helped me along the way. After reflecting back on how much of an impact those individuals had on me, I was intrigued by the possibility of helping high school athletes navigate their own journey. Helping athletes achieve their goals and watching them progress to playing at the next level is what has inspired me both in my previous role working with athletes as a strength and conditioning coach, as well as in my current role as a recruiting coordinator here at NCSA.

I live in Winston Salem, NC with my two Alaskan Malamutes, Bear and Malley. In my free time, I enjoy watching any type of sporting event, but am especially enthusiastic about watching football and cheering on the Dallas Cowboys!
