My name is Kaitlyn Parrish, but most people call me Katie. I've been playing softball since I was 5. I've been pitching since I was 8. I am currently the starting Varsity pitcher for Etowah High School. I also play first base. Right now I am throwing about 58 mph.
I throw a fastball, screw,rise,curve,drop and changeup.
I am very interested in going to college as well as to play softball in college. My career choice is Registered Nursing . Mainly because I love helping people and just being in a social environment.
I am a friendly outgoing person, and I am a team player. I always try to encourage the girls on the team, to do their best, no matter what. Even if I am not out on the field playing. Softball has always been in my life since i was a baby, my Grandad and my dad has played it, and being around it so much just made me fall in love with the sport.
I look forward to hearing from you.
