My goals for college as far as school and what I want to major in is Occupational therapy. I plan to try to get a job in the high school system near where I live. I stand up for my beliefs and always try to do what's right. I have a huge love for the game of softball. I honestly could not imagine my life without it. I hate to lose. Losing bothers me so much that it motivates me to work even harder. I give everything I have at every practice and every game. I hustle and strive to make the plays that have to be made to win. When my team gets down I try to be the person that steps up to motivate them. I have played travel softball since I was eleven. My travel team has won two state tournaments, and placed fourth in a world series. Not including most of the round robin tournaments that we have won. I started playing on my high school varsity team as a freshman and played up before that when it was needed. I had played second base from rec ball all the way up to my freshman year. My school hired a new coach when I became a sophomore and she moved me to third base where I played very well. My junior year she moved me to shortstop, and I love being there. It is the one place on the field where I feel in control. In academics, I am ranked number ten out of thirty nine in my senior class. I have a GPA of 3.76, and I have been on A and b honor roll since the seventh grade.
