Quorra Gukert '26 Recruiting Profile

I will be graduating in June 2026 from the National Sport School in Calgary. I am a right-handed pitcher, middle infielder, and outfielder who has been playing softball since I was 5 years old. My goal is to attend an excellent university and play softball at a very competitive level while being a part of a dedicated team.

I  am an extremely hard worker who is completely committed to anything that I am part of, whether it is athletics, my training, or academics.  While my primary focus is on school and softball, I also am a multi-sport athlete who plays club volleyball and enjoys spending time with friends, many of whom are my teammates.

I love everything about softball, from the individual one-on-one battles whether it is pitching or hitting to the individual responsibilities and spotlights in the game when a play needs to be made to get an out. It is a game that is always challenging you and I thrive in that environment and love the pressure moments. Softball has also allowed me to meet great people, travel to many cities, and see beautiful schools and campuses that I dream of attending in the future. Some of my favorite moments have recently been playing in Provincial and National Championships (my team placed 3rd in Canada in 2023).

I have recently started helping some of the younger athletes in our program by volunteering my time to instruct them at our skills clinics when I am not traveling for tournaments.
