My name is Rayna Cruickshanks and I am a sophomore RHP at Odessa College. I am from Alberta, Canada and I am looking to transfer to a 4 year school in the fall of 2023. Last season, I helped lead my team to a 3rd place finish at the NJCAA National Tournament as the only freshman on a pitching staff of 5. I pitched 65 innings and had 68 strikeouts. I also started and won the Region 5 championship game over Howard College to advance to the National Championship. I am a curve and rise ball pitcher with a change up and an off-speed screwball. I throw 57-60 mph and have touched 62. Throwing spins at 3 different speeds has been very effective for me over the last few seasons.
I take my education very seriously and strive to be the best student I can be. I am working towards a degree in psychology, and hoping to eventually earn my Masters.
