My goal as a student-athlete is to make my team better as a whole by being the best I can be athletically and academically. I would be a good candidate for your team because I have an excellent work-ethic, I put my team before myself, I have a positive attitude, and I am always lifting up my team. I am always smiling and I have an easy-going and giving personality, which helps me make friends quickly and easily. I am very athletically inclined, but I always push myself hard even if I really don't have to. I am always giving everything I have into my academics because my academics is what is going to get me into and keep me in college.
When I was little, my step-dad married my mom and he loves sports, which is what sparked my drive to be the best I can be in everything I do. I started playing softball in 2012 and I found that the sport was fun to me. I've been playing ever since and my love for the sport hasn't diminished in the slightest! By playing sports, I have learned that I value hard work and effort. I have also learned that the harder I work, the better I feel about myself. Playing sports allows me to work out my frustrations in a healthy fashion. My academic goal for high school and college is to receive as much education as I can that way I can be successful in my future. In fourth grade, I moved schools and I wasn't welcomed the way I had hoped. However, this has made me realize that I will have to work for my friendships. I now play softball for a travel team and my high school and I play volleyball on my high school team. I currently sing the National Anthem at some of the Arkansas Razorbacks sporting events and during our season, I sing the National Anthem before the Sr. High volleyball games.
