Personal Statement

I’m a 5’7” hardworking student at Agoura High School in Agoura Hills, California who will graduate in 2020. I have made the National Honor Society for the last 4 years.

I play on my high school's varsity team as well as for the So Cal Choppers 16U Ensey.  I was the only freshman selected to make the varsity team at Agoura Hills High which plays in the very competitive Marmonte league and is ranked 27th in the state of California and 61st nationwide.

I currently am a catcher and play third base and outfield but would be happy playing anywhere I can contribute to my team. My coaches have always commented on my work ethic and have said that I have a head for the game of softball. Nobody works harder than me. I am a true team player, a leader, and very coachable.

My goal is to play softball in college. I am looking for a university where I can succeed in the classroom and on the field. I am a leader on and off the field, and would like to make an immediate impact on a college softball team. While I am open to any size school, I am interested in attending a school with a great “college-town” culture. Currently my interests are in business.

My ultimate ambition in the college search journey is to play the sport I love at a competitive level while getting a quality education. My softball skills have been earned by hard work, discipline and my inner drive to succeed. I am the first to arrive on the field and the last to leave. With these attributes, I know I can make a big impact on any team.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
