I envision my college years to be a personal growth period for me both academically as well as athletically. Softball is so much more than just a sport; it has taught me the value of teamwork, commitment, sacrifice, time management, leadership and how to still “win” without the trophy. The lessons I’ve learned from overcoming failure have been invaluable. The feeling I get when I’m on the mound pitching surrounded by my teammates is like nothing else.  It pushes me to being the best version of myself and that is someone who displays dedication, perseverance, loyalty and diligence.

I’m currently trending towards the field of health science and am looking for a college that will be a good fit for me academically as well as athletically. College is my next milestone which will enable me to continue showing my appreciation to my parents, family, friends and coaches who have sacrificed and supported me on this journey. I’m just as excited to be in a classroom as on the field and am continually striving for a higher GPA. The commitment to my vision is second to none and I believe I not only have the talent to compete for a college team, but the character, work-ethic and leadership skills to make an immediate impact to your program.
