Pitching my freshman year for junior varsity, we were undefeated league champions. Playing softball in high school and on an amazing softball organization (Ohana) I have valued the true meaning of teamwork and commitment. My collegiate goals are to play softball at the highest level possible. It would be an absolute honor to receive pitcher of the year.  My school goals are to major in nursing and or forensic psychology .  To receive my degree in either field of study and leave college with honors. 

What makes me a good candidate is that I am able to take command on the field and I can lead the team.  I can keep them motivated, keep a positive attitude. 

I would say what set me aside from the other candidates is that I know the true value of hard work. I do believe that what you put in, is what you will receive out of it.
