Hello, my name is Samantha Saporito. I am a 2015 student-athlete at Eleanor Roosevelt High School in Eastvale, California. I have competed at local, state and national levels. I am proud to have played for the top 3 organizations in Southern California. My three biggest accolades are winning a Triple Crown World Series in 2009, a PGF National Championship in 2011 and an ASA State Championship in 2013. My main position is catcher and my secondary position is in the outfield. I am a lefty slapper with speed but can hit for power when needed. My biggest strength is being very vocal behind the plate and taking control of the field. Another strong point is my speed. I am very quick to react and am very aggressive on the bases. Not only do I play hard, I also study hard. I maintain a 3.66 GPA and I am also a GATE student. I am extremely proud of my work ethic on and off the field. I look forward to continuing playing softball at the college level and earn a degree in Kinesiology or Business. I am looking to attend a college that is a good fit for both you and me...
