Hello, my name is Maddy Murphy. I’ve been playing for four years. My mom just happened to sign me up for rec, I fell in love with the game.
My ultimate goal is to be able to play competitively as long as I can! When I am no longer able to play, I dream of Coaching one day.
Since playing softball I have been able to travel all across the states. Softball has opened so many doors for me like making new friends from different states, experiencing new things and going outside my comfort zone. Traveling so much has taught me how to adapt fast and be able to work with a new team. Also it has allowed me to go places I wouldn't have been able to before. For example I love history and I was able to go to Washington DC! I was also able to go to Florida for the beach ball drop. I am also so excited since I have gotten the opportunity to visit the Nether Lands in January!! Softball really is all about the journey.
I bring grit, determination, and steadfast dedication to any team I am on. I believe in always working to be the Team Captain and not the MVP.
