Zada Day-Adams '21 Recruiting Profile

I feel I grew the most as an athlete during my sophomore year of high school. My high school is just a small school in the High Desert, so not many people expected much from us. Although, my sophomore year our team made it all the way the semi finals for CIF. It might not seem like much to most, but it really opened my eyes and made me realize that, no matter what, anyone can do anything that they put their mind to. 

I have had the advantage to find a travel team that fits me perfectly. This team has given me the opportunity to build my character as an athlete, become a leader, and to overall better my game as a softball player. Even with these advantages, the best part about being on this team is that it feels like a family and I am comfortable with everyone, and that is exactly what I am looking for in a college. I am looking for a program that will not only fit me athletically, but academically as well. Academics have always been really important to me, and softball drives me even more to work harder in the classroom as wells on the field.
