Jenna Howell '10 Recruiting Profile

My name is Jenna Rae Howell and I play for Grossmont Community College, Griffins. I am a sophomore and the positions I play are first base, outfield, and catcher. I attended Mar Vista High School where I broke seven records at my school and am in the process of being added into the CIF books. Freshman year of college I attended San Diego City College where I made Hornorable team (Pacific Coast Conference)  in the 20011 season. I decided to transfer to Grossmont because of their outstanding academic program. I am 5'8" and weigh in at 142 pounds with a strong bat. Being naturally left handed I see it as an advantage and take pride in being a power hitter. Hustling is one of the most important rules on the field for it shows how much determination to give it your all and have the outcome of being the best team. Being able to play softball for a University has been a goal of mine. I plan to major in Kinesiology and achieve my Bachelors.
