Hi my name is Hailee Bussard. I started my softball career playing tee ball and ever since then I knew softball was one of my favorite things to do. Over the years of playing I grew to understand that I could possibly continue my education after high school while getting the opportunity to play this sport, which has become my passion. I am a player/person who loves to learn and compete. I always strive to do my best in anything I do whether it's academically, athletically, in the work environment, or life in general. Softball is a constant challenge for me, mentally and physically, and that's what makes me love it even more. With that being said I am very adaptable, coachable, dedicated, always eager to improve myself and others, and my attitude and outlook remains positive. Those are assets I can bring to any team I join. I wish to continue my dream and compete at the next level, while making sure I find the best fit for me!
